Description:
As we continue our global growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our commercial team, and play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition.
This is a high-activity and fast-paced environment, which requires a high-volume but consultative sales to healthcare professionals across the UAE region. You’ll need to be comfortable maintaining leads and engaging in frequent outbound touch points to achieve revenue targets.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving revenue, engagement and new customer acquisition
- Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, whilst building and maintaining a robust pipeline of mid-market healthcare practices
- Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with the support from your Manager and the wider team
- Researching, preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
About You
- Fluency in Arabic and English language
- You have a minimum of 1-4 years’ experience within sales, B2B or SaaS is desired but not required
- You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of telephone, virtual and in person acquisition; resilience is key!
- You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
- You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution
