Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for our interior design and turnkey fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Mumbai market, with a proven track record of closing projects in commercial, corporate, and high-end residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for interior design and fit-out projects in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with architects, developers, PMCs, and corporate clients
- Understand project requirements and work with internal design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare project proposals and conduct presentations to key stakeholders
- Drive new business through site visits, referrals, cold calls, and networking events
- Meet and exceed sales targets and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure seamless handover to project execution team upon deal closure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3years of business development/sales experience in interior fit-out or allied industries
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate and construction ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Network of contacts across builders, architects, and corporate decision-makers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach
