We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FX or financial services sector, a strong leadership style, and a passion for driving revenue and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of FX and CFD retail clients, including HNW individuals.
- Leverage existing network to generate leads and onboard new clients.
- Achieve consistent revenue growth by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client engagement.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including expansion into untapped markets.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to refine strategies and respond to evolving market needs.
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive brand visibility and partnerships.
- Implement effective sales tactics including cold calling, lead generation, and referrals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a financial brokerage or bank within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Spot FX, CFDs, and global financial markets.
- A well-established client base and strong network, particularly in the UAE and GCC.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
