As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.   • Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Present BMO’s services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Track leads, sales pipeline, and revenue performance using CRM tools.
  • Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in digital marketing or related fields).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • An existing network of potential clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a bonus.
