Please note that this position is on-site, and the location will be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage new IBs and affiliate partners across targeted regions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the IB network and increase trading volumes
• Provide partners with tailored support, marketing materials, and training as needed
• Monitor partner performance and optimize results through strategic collaboration
• Collaborate closely with marketing, compliance, and operations teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a Forex/CFD brokerage environment
• Strong understanding of IB and affiliate programs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English is a must; simplified Chinese and Arabic would be strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
