Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Unit Acquisition) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Identify and acquire new properties to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct market research to spot and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners, landlords, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for unit acquisition and growth.
- Ensure all acquired properties meet company quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing, IT) to integrate new units smoothly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in property acquisition.
