Business Development Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for both franchisors and franchisees regarding the Franchise Model business processes.

• Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure aligned strategies.

• Possess a broad understanding of key functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to extract maximum insights on client processes.

• Oversees platform integration (payments, invoicing, contracts) & Drive annual franchise revenue targets set by TCS.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing activities

• Coordinate with clients to obtain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for all functions.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

⁃ A Bachelor's or MBA degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, finance, or sales.

⁃ A minimum of 3 years in sales or business development is required.

⁃ A proven track record as a business development manager or in a similar sales or client-facing role is often required.

⁃ Key skills: communication & negotiation, strategic & analytical thinking, networking, project management, technical skills ( CRM, MS office )
