Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across venues, tour operators, corporate clients, and event organizers.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with brands, ticketing platforms, influencers, and hospitality groups.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive sales, sponsorships, and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design attractive packages and campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape growth strategies.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and performance reports.
• Maintain CRM systems and track performance against defined metrics.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant business development experience.
• Strong network within entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships.
• Creative thinker with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
