Business Development Manager

 

Description:

The BDM will drive growth by developing new business opportunities, managing vendor and client relationships, and delivering innovative technology solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance technical understanding with strong commercial acumen.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets of AED 15M–20M.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop tailored technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Oversee vendor management and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth project handovers and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7+ years in business development or sales within ICT, ELV, or ECP domains.
  • Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, ELV systems, and solution design.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
