Description:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to work with a leading Digital Advertising Agency in Dubai!
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and pitching digital marketing services such as social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and advertising.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and agencies.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and account management) to ensure campaign success.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM and provide regular performance reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or media sales environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services — SEO, SEM, social media ads, influencer campaigns, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital analytics platforms.
