Business Development Manager

As CoinW continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious Business Development

Consultants with Forex/Crypto Exchange/Blockchain experience to join our team and be

responsible for solutions that help us grow regional business and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute market penetration and business development plans to

bring new regional partners.

 Identify opportunities that align with company values and growth goals for our

global affiliate/partnership program.

 Execution of the existing sales strategy to secure new channels and customers

and identify opportunities with existing and new channels in a key region.

 Working closely with regional partners from the onboarding process, product

training, marketing plans, and customer acquisition plans to KPI management.

 Seeking new market opportunities and new partnership models to improve

company revenue. Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

 Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong

plus.

 Sales experience **(B2B)** in Forex, Financial services products or Crypto

Exchange

 Has Community Manager or Marketing background for Blockchain projects or

Crypto Exchanges.

 Proven track record in sales, with experience meeting or exceeding monthly

targets.

 Experience working with financial products.

 Familiarity with the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and related products.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
