What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

✅ Lead bid proposals and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to project award

✅ Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 8-10+ years of proven experience in interior fit-out business development

🔹 A solid network within the UAE construction/design ecosystem

🔹 Strong understanding of market trends, tendering, and project lifecycles

🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills

🔹 A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently
