Qorva Markets, a rapidly expanding Forex brokerage, is strengthening its footprint in the UAE and is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Dubai-based team. This role is suited for a driven professional who can contribute directly to growth by building strong relationships, expanding partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities within the Forex and CFD space.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, partner development, and market expansion initiatives, particularly across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective strategies to support business growth and market expansion
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Forex and CFD markets
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and performance targets
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in a business development role within a Forex or CFD brokerage
• Established network of IBs, partners, or active trading clients
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly market-focused mindset
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
