We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow our short-term rental portfolio in Dubai.

🔹 Role: Business Development Manager

🔹 Location: Dubai (On-site)

🔹 Industry: Vacation Rentals / Hospitality

🔹 Experience: 2+ years (hospitality, real estate, or short-term rentals preferred)

What You’ll Do

✅ Generate and close leads with property owners

✅ Build long-term client and partner relationships

✅ Onboard new vacation homes and manage owner relations

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and occupancy

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong sales & negotiation skills

✔ Revenue-driven and proactive mindset

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, or Russian (required)

✔ UAE driving license (preferred)
