Description:
We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager to scale our corporate partnerships and revenue in the UAE.
You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, closing hiring & DEI mandates, and growing long-term relationships with key accounts.
This is a hunter + closer role, ideal for someone who understands recruitment sales, HR solutions, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate clients across UAE & GCC (SMEs, Enterprises, MNCs, Government entities)
- Sell recruitment services, hiring mandates, DEI programs, and subscription solutions
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Leaders, DEI leaders & CEOs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (bulk hiring, exclusive mandates, community hiring, DEI consulting, events, employer branding)
- Maintain ongoing account management for key clients
- Represent Women First Jobs at HR events, business forums, and networking platforms
- Build partnerships with universities, incubators, accelerators, and business councils
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, employer branding, and lead generation
- Maintain CRM accuracy, pipelines, forecasts, and reporting
Who We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in recruitment sales, HR consulting, HR Tech, or staffing
- Strong corporate network in the UAE
- Proven track record of closing recruitment / HR solutions deals
- Ability to sell to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Good to Have
- Experience in DEI, workforce solutions, RPO, or subscription-based hiring models
- Experience selling to GCC markets (KSA, Qatar, UAE)
- Background in agency recruitment or HR SaaS
