What You’ll Be Leading

You will take ownership of LATAM market development — building strong Introducing Broker partnerships, strengthening affiliate networks, and identifying new opportunities that drive sustainable trading activity.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure partners receive the structure, support, and strategic direction needed to perform consistently.

Your Responsibilities

• Expand our presence across key LATAM markets

• Onboard and manage high-quality IBs and affiliates

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners

• Increase trading activity and revenue performance

• Monitor market trends and identify expansion gaps

• Represent Skyriss at expos, forums, and networking events

• Coordinate with marketing and dealing teams to enhance regional impact

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience in Forex/CFD business development

• An active LATAM IB and partner network

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding growth targets

• Fluent Spanish (Portuguese is highly valued)

• Based in the UAE or ready to relocate

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness

• A proactive mindset — someone who builds, not waits
