Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and strategic alliances
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation of tailored solutions aligned with client goals
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies
• Lead negotiations and manage partnership and commercial agreements
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Consistently achieve assigned revenue and performance targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within media, marketing, or related industries
• Strong understanding of the UAE market
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Arabic Speaker
