The Business Development Manager will be responsible for actively approaching companies across various industries, presenting staffing solutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also requires managing existing accounts while continuously seeking new opportunities for expansion within the UAE market.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and acquiring new clients within the UAE market to expand staffing services.
• Promoting staffing and recruitment solutions across both IT and non-IT sectors.
• Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Building new client accounts and managing ongoing recruitment partnerships.
• Understanding client hiring needs and offering appropriate staffing solutions.

Requirements include:
