Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand partner portfolios to support business growth across global markets.

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.

• Drive partner performance and revenue growth across assigned regions.

• Structure partnership agreements and negotiate mutually beneficial business deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development and partnership management.

• Strong understanding of fintech, online trading, and financial market ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
