Business Development Manager

Description:

Mejoy IT Service LLC is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join its Dubai team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving user growth within the social entertainment industry across the MENA region.

In this role, you will focus on acquiring high-value users, expanding the company’s network, and creating long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable business growth. You’ll work across multiple digital platforms while helping strengthen user engagement and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire VIP and high-value users from competitor platforms, online communities, and social media channels.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential users through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and other communication platforms.

• Analyze user preferences and spending behavior to improve conversion rates.

• Develop strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.

• Explore new acquisition channels and business opportunities to expand the user base.

• Support business growth by maintaining strong relationships and identifying emerging market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proactive, self-motivated, and opportunity-driven mindset.

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of customer needs.

• Results-oriented with confidence in outreach, negotiation, and conversion.

• Experience in social entertainment, live streaming, gaming, B2C sales, user acquisition, or VIP customer management is considered an advantage.
