Description:
Responsibilities ✅
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers for freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing services.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Generate immediate business opportunities through existing industry contacts and personal networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and corporate clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements & Qualifications ✅
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven business development experience in UAE logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong and active network of decision-makers within relevant industries in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Existing customer portfolio and industry contacts convertible to business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and Warehousing services.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to a startup environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to market expansion.
• UAE driving license preferred.
