Business Development Manager Recruitment

 

Description:

1. Client Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new clients from all the industries by researching and targeting potential businesses. This involves prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and build relationships.

2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs, Accounts mining and provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. This includes regular communication, conducting client meetings, and addressing any concerns or issues.

3. Business Growth Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to expand the business, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets. This may involve identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, and developing business proposals and presentations to attract clients.

4. Recruitment Process Management: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. This involves collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for clients.

5. Negotiation and Sales: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, including fee structures, terms, and conditions. This requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition of the recruitment services.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, such as recruiters, and management, to ensure alignment of business development strategies with operational capabilities. This includes providing guidance and support to the recruitment team and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and analysing business development metrics, such as client acquisition, revenue generated, and market share, and preparing regular reports for management. This helps in assessing the effectiveness of business development strategies and identifying areas for improvement.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' prior agency related business development and Account Management experience preferably in Recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful projects.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • UAE Driving License is a must.
