Description:

We are urgently looking for Business Development & Marketing Executives to join our team immediately. The role requires professionals with proven healthcare experience, preferably in the radiology field, who can drive referrals for MRI, CT, USG & Mammogram services. Candidates must have strong connections with healthcare providers and the ability to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & pursue new opportunities: Source leads through market research, networking, and industry events.

Build strong relationships: Engage with referring doctors, hospital administrators, and clinic managers to enhance referral pipelines.

Sales strategy & execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve referral and revenue targets.

Market analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regional developments.

Presentations & proposals: Deliver compelling pitches to promote radiology services.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, paramedics, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.

Performance tracking: Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM tools and provide management reports.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development within healthcare (preferably radiology/diagnostics) in the UAE

✅ Established contacts with general practitioners, specialists, and other referral sources

✅ Proven ability to generate and convert radiology referrals

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✅ Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

✅ Must be based in UAE and available to join immediately
