Business Development Officer

MAB Facilities Management is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join its team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving growth, managing client relationships, and developing effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the market
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents with precision
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage proposals and bids for new projects
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to inform strategies
• Work closely with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and financial models for project proposals
• Manage CRM data effectively to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Represent MAB at industry-related events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal company standards
