We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Officer (B2B) to join a growing organization within the education sector. This role is based on-site in Dubai and is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in B2B partnerships, agent management, and international student recruitment.

🔑 Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B business development.
• Strong hands-on experience in agent management, partnerships, and channel development.
• An established agent network across Asia, particularly in:
  • India
  • Nepal
  • Bangladesh
  • Sri Lanka
• Ability to onboard, manage, and grow long-term relationships with education agents.
• Prior exposure to student recruitment and international education markets is a strong advantage.

• Develop, manage, and strengthen B2B partnerships with education agents.
• Drive student recruitment initiatives from identified target markets.
• Expand and enhance the existing agent network to support business growth.
• Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and performance tracking.
