SIGHT-EX is looking for an ambitious Business Development Partner to help us expand our impact across the GCC and MENA region.This is a full-time role for a Business Development Partner based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Partner is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting SIGHT-EX’s executive trainings and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the executive team to align on strategic goals. The role requires frequent interaction with decision-makers across various sectors to drive growth and expansion.

Your Role:

• Identify and engage new corporate clients for executive training, consulting, and research projects
• Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and HR leaders
• Represent SIGHT-EX at networking events, conferences, and industry forums
• Collaborate with our expert team to tailor solutions for clients’ leadership and transformation needs
• Drive the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
