Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enjoys autonomy and is eager to make an impact.
You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and the Sales and Technical teams, with a core focus on:
- Assisting in the creation of sales materials
- Generating qualified leads
- Understanding and communicating the value of our AI-powered solutions
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across the GCC region through outreach, networking and strategic partnerships
- Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns and events
- Represent Rezilens at client meetings and industry events to position our solutions
Sales Enablement
- Assist in structuring sales documents and client-facing materials (pitch decks, proposals, brochures)
- Clearly articulate Rezilens’ value proposition and demonstrate ROI to potential clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions
Client & Market Engagement
- Understand client needs and match them with Rezilens’ offerings
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies and regulatory changes affecting target sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Industry Focus
- Primary sectors: Banking, Energy, Government, Insurance and Defense
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B business development or technical sales experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity or fintech
- Track record in target-based selling and solution-oriented sales
- Familiarity with the GCC region and local business culture
- Strong understanding of AI-based solutions or eagerness to learn quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Highly self-motivated, autonomous and results-driven personality
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and digital sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
