Description:
Role Overview:
• As a Senior BDR at Pipeline Gurus, you will be responsible for strategic
prospecting and engaging decision-makers across targeted industries. You will
conduct comprehensive research about industries, personas, and companies to
tailor our value proposition, creating compelling events through multiple
outbound touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target companies, not just contacts, by researching industry trends, personas (including multiple stakeholders), and company-specific insights.
• Personalized Outreach: Develop a compelling
value proposition and execute 8 strategic outbound touchpoints per contact across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Master Conversational Skills: Conduct pain-probing conversations that lead to deeper understanding of potential clients' needs, focusing on questions and follow-ups rather than scripted pitches.
• Follow-Up Expertise: Use proactive follow-up techniques to maintain meaningful dialogue and drive conversions.
• HubSpot Proficiency: Efficiently manage leads, workflows, and sales activities in HubSpot, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-through.

Qualifications:
proven experience in a similar BDR role , with focus on strategic prospecting and personalized outreach.
excellent research skills, with the ability to engage multiple personas and stakeholders within a company.
Strong english communication skills, both written and verbal.
