We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, closing deals, and expanding Flickit’s presence across multiple sectors.

This position suits someone who is proactive, target-driven, and confident, engaging with clients both face-to-face and remotely.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across the UAE
  • Promote and sell Flickit’s digital networking solutions
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Attend meetings, events, and networking sessions as required
  • Maintain client relationships and support upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with B2B and solution-based selling
  • Ability to work independently and manage targets
  • Familiarity with the UAE market is a strong advantage
  • Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
