This is a full-time onsite role for a Business Development Specialist - Onsite at Ideolux. The specialist will be responsible for tasks related to lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with clients. The role involves working closely with the sales team to drive business growth and develop strong client relationships.
Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the lighting industry is required.
- Proficiency in Dialux and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Candidates must have a valid UAE driving license and currently reside in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads, markets, and prospects through various methods.
- Generate outbound leads through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to senior business development staff.
- Schedule meetings and conduct presentations to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and client feedback in CRM.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on progress and performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with potential and current clients.
