Elevate Academy is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and lead our client acquisition efforts across key sectors in the UAE.

🔹 What We’re Looking For :

✅ 5–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the training, HR, or L&D sector

✅ Strong network and understanding of government, large corporates, healthcare, and education sectors

✅ Based in Dubai and owns a car for in-person meetings and client visits

✅ Proven track record of building pipelines and closing B2B and B2G partnerships

✅ Able to work independently and drive client outreach using multi-channel strategies (LinkedIn, email, calls, visits)

✅ Arabic speaker is a mandatory

🔹Your Role :

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of leads
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and proposal follow-ups
• Collaborate with our consultant and founder on closing key pilots
• Attend industry events, HR forums, and wellbeing activations
• Report weekly KPIs and outcomes to the management team
