Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to work with a leading digital advertising agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the agency’s growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions and a proven track record in business development within the advertising/marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, programmatic, performance marketing, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and media) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital advertising opportunities in the UAE market.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular reporting on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven business development/sales experience, preferably in a digital advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, platforms, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Established network of contacts in Dubai/UAE is a strong advantage.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
