Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to work with a leading advertising agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand managers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Collaborate with the creative and account servicing teams to develop tailored campaigns based on client objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of business development or sales experience in an advertising, media, or marketing agency (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media landscape in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
