Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines (preferably Zoho CRM).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Comfortable navigating business setup platforms and online licensing portals.

• Basic reporting and performance analysis capabilities.

• Understanding of UAE company formation processes, free zone structures, and visa frameworks is an advantage
