A reputable international company in the UAE is seeking a Business Secretary fluent in German and English to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication with German-speaking clients and partners, manage executive calendars, and handle business correspondence with a high degree of professionalism and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support.

Draft, translate, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence in German and English.

Liaise with German-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, video calls, and business travel.

Maintain and update confidential records and filing systems.

Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Assist in coordinating company events, delegations, and business visits.

Support office management tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a secretary or executive assistant.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
