3A Global is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Setup Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai.

 

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of guiding clients through the UAE business setup process, delivering expert advice on market entry, legal compliance, and operational structure for both mainland and free zone entities.

 

✅ Requirements & Skills:

 

•Experience in business setup and advisory services, Real estate Sales or banking sales in the UAE is mandatory

•Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

•Strong business development and networking skills.

•Excellent communication skills in English.

•Arabic and French speakers would be given more preference.

•Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).

 

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

 

•Provide strategic consultation for company formation in UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions.

•Offer additional insights in areas such as management consulting, financial analysis, and business strategy.

•Respond promptly to sales inquiries across multiple channels: phone, email, live chat, walk-ins, and referrals.

•Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospects and existing clients, ensuring accurate data management in Zoho CRM.

•Guide clients throughout the entire setup journey, advising on company structures, license types, eligibility criteria, and regulatory compliance.

•Attend and represent the company at networking events, business forums, and industry meetups to identify new opportunities.

•Mentor new team members and collaborate with external business setup firms to enhance overall team performance.

•Cultivate and manage strong relationships with channel partners, while ensuring effective coordination with Free Zone authorities.

•Meet or exceed set weekly and monthly sales targets, driving revenue growth.

•Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and the company’s evolving service portfolio.

•Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports, evaluating sales data against lead generation outcomes.

•Collaborate closely with Compliance and Operations teams to facilitate smooth processing and delivery of client services.

•Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including mystery shopping, to inform sales strategies.

•Provide high-quality customer service and support from the initial inquiry through business registration and visa facilitation.

•Strive for high client conversion rates while consistently delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

•Ensure all information shared with clients is clear, accurate, and transparent, including pricing, services, and regulatory guidelines.
