  • Virtual Client Consultation: Engage with clients remotely to understand their business needs and goals, providing expert advice on the optimal setup strategy in the UAE.
  • Remote Business Structuring: Guide clients in selecting the most suitable business structure, considering their objectives and the dynamics of the UAE market.
  • Digital Documentation and Processes: Oversee the end-to-end process of remote company formation, from document preparation to virtual government approvals, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.
  • Digital Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through virtual communication channels, ensuring successful business setups from afar.

📝 Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Generate sales and develop business development strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience of working with a Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of generation and converting leads
  • Responsible for business set-ups / incorporation in UAE (offshore, and free zone )
  • To manage and coordinate the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal of our clients.
  • To offer and promote company services to potential clients and maintain a professional relationship with them, as well as with our business partners, solution service providers and associates in the UAE, Australasia, Middle East, Europe, and other locations.
  • To maintain a very high level of confidentiality at all times with respect to our company and clients’ files, data, officers, staff, procedures and policies etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of local business laws, regulations, and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
