We are currently recruiting a Butcher.

The preferred candidate must be in UAE.

You’re Day To Day:

• Manage and handle the butchery section operation.
• To carry out any additional tasks and projects as requested by the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Excellent grooming standards.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a HACCP Certified.
