Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) is MUST
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software applications for banking, financial services, and insurance operations.
- Develop and maintain C# codebase, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Implement software solutions that address critical business processes and regulatory requirements within the BFSI domain.
- Integrate with various BFSI systems, APIs, and protocols to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.
- Develop solutions for core BFSI functions such as payment processing, loan management, risk assessment, compliance, and fraud detection.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI sector.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and propose technical solutions to address them.
