Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, Enhance and technical support for CRM Campaign Management system & data enrichment Apps.
- Provide Support in creating campaign for Samsung Digital marketing platform.
- Engage in campaign page Design using HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript within a minimal timeline.
- Engage with the Samsung subsidiaries’ marketing & ecommerce team managers, internal Samsung clients, and the operation team to resolve any issues or queries related to systems.
- Handle web pages security audit review and request.
- Understand markets & RHQ CRM platform pain points and make solution work process, share with Samsung HQ development team and implement according to as per request.
- Gather requirements from the CRM and digital marketing team managers and operation team to enhance the data enrichment App.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and can join at short notice/immediate available in UAE
- Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks, as well as understanding of object-oriented programming and web application development
- Experience with database management systems, designing relational databases, and SQL
- Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems, and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Working experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, is a plus
- Previous experience as a C# .NET Developer is preferred
