Cad Designer

Description:

Zebra Projects is hiring a CAD Designer to join their team in Sharjah. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for producing schematic layouts, detailed design documentation, and fully coordinated construction drawing sets for retail, food & beverage (F&B), and hospitality projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in CAD design and a strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create schematic drawings from design briefs, surveys, 3D models, and brand guidelines.

• Work closely with the Senior Designer and/or Design Manager to ensure project alignment.

• Resolve complex technical and design issues to produce feasible construction solutions.

• Develop detailed design drawings suitable for client approvals and coordination.

• Support the global rollout of retail and F&B concepts, ensuring brand consistency across regions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience producing CAD drawings for retail, F&B, or hospitality projects.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Experience in creating construction drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience in construction detailing, materials, and fit-out processes is a plus.

• Experience working with multi-brand environments and global retail standards is an advantage.

Desirable Skills:

• Working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D visuals or conceptual modeling.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with global brands or multi-site retail rollouts.
