Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AutoCad Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position comes with excellent potential for growth within our company. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of various transport planning studies, and as such, is required to demonstrate previous experience in this area. This is a full-time role located in Abu Dhabi, but flexible working options are available.
Specific Requirements
- Proven experience supporting engineers and planners to produce drawings for various transportation planning studies (e.g. TIS, TMP, TIP etc.) in compliance with the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) requirements in Abu Dhabi
- The above may include but is not limited to road layouts, parking and circulation plans, school zone plans as well as mitigation measures and plans
- Ability to prepare GIS files in accordance with the Abu Dhabi ITC guidelines
- Familiar with the ITC parking design guidelines in order to conduct technical reviews of large parking and circulation areas
- Understanding of the basic principals of road design
