The Café Manager will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring service quality, and supporting the brand’s growth and expansion plans within the competitive Dubai hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and excellent guest satisfaction.

• Uphold and enforce service standards to ensure brand consistency and quality.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.

• Monitor and analyze business performance, preparing reports and recommending improvements.

• Handle guest feedback proactively, resolving any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.

• Collaborate with the management team to support expansion and new initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience managing café or all-day dining concepts.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to service quality.

• Proactive and hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.

• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
