A reputable organization is currently seeking a skilled CAFM Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in facilities management systems and data handling. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing CAFM operations while ensuring data accuracy and supporting maintenance processes.
The position requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and updates within the CAFM system
• Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance activities, and system data
• Generate reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review
• Coordinate with operations teams to manage service requests and preventive maintenance schedules
• Assist in improving and optimizing digital facility management processes
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with CAFM software, MS Office Suite, and data management tools
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
