- Train team members on various products and company’s workflows to assure and surpass customer experience expectations.
- Managing company’s CRM and Leads Department.
- Develop and implement CRM system customizations current workflows and policies according to the company’s strategy and business aim.
- Functioning the call center department with both inbound and outbound calls related to project and other inquiries.
- In charge of the marketing leads and qualifying them as per the marketing standards and assigning them to the sales managers for further deal closure.
- Responsible on Monthly/Weekly Call Center and Marketing Leads reports with recommendations to Management towards improvement.
- Atleast 3 years experience (within the UAE) in real estate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Multi-lingual preferred and must also be able to confidently communicate in English
