Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Train team members on various products and company’s workflows to assure and surpass customer experience expectations.
  • Managing company’s CRM and Leads Department.
  • Develop and implement CRM system customizations current workflows and policies according to the company’s strategy and business aim.
  • Functioning the call center department with both inbound and outbound calls related to project and other inquiries.
  • In charge of the marketing leads and qualifying them as per the marketing standards and assigning them to the sales managers for further deal closure.
  • Responsible on Monthly/Weekly Call Center and Marketing Leads reports with recommendations to Management towards improvement.

Requirements:

- Atleast 3 years experience (within the UAE) in real estate

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Multi-lingual preferred and must also be able to confidently communicate in English
