Hiring Call Center Agent

Location: Dubai / Ajman, UAE

Salary: AED 3,500

Languages Required: Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, promotions, or sales as needed
• Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
• Update customer records and document all call details
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
