Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join their Front Office & Guest Services Team. The resort is currently hiring for the following immediate openings:

Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker):
• Native Russian speaker with strong command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Call Center Agent:
• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous call center or hotel reservations experience is an added advantage.
