• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using call center software and MS Office.
• Salary Range: 3000 AED.
