About the Role

As our Call Center Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, support and develop your team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a call center leadership role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • A team player who can also lead, coach, and mentor
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and ready to grow with the brand

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage call center operations including order handling and customer inquiries
  • Monitor team KPIs and support continuous improvement
  • Train, motivate, and coach agents to deliver top-tier service
  • Collaborate with senior management to align on strategy and results
  • Jump in hands-on when needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
