Call Center Operator

 

Description:

As an Outbound Call Centre Agent for Real Estate, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to pre-qualify inbound leads for our real estate clients. You will be working both from the office & remotely and using our software to track productivity and performance, including quality checks. Your primary focus will be to identify potential customers and ensure they are qualified to receive follow-up calls from our clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to pre-qualify inbound leads for real estate clients.
  • Collect relevant information from potential customers to determine their level of interest and purchasing power.
  • Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Accurately input data into our software, including call notes and customer information.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing within the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to input data accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office and call center software.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to exceed performance metrics and improve your skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and processes is a plus.
